Dell 2135cn error 035-702

Hi Folks,

I've been receiving error 035-702 each time I try to fax to anyone.  I've traced this error out and it means the Fax was cancelled.  I can assure you it wasn't. Does anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks so much for you help in advance!!!!
