Dell 2350DN - print driver host for 32bit applications has stopped working

Fresh DELL installed Win7 x64 and a Dell 2350DN. User gets random crashes of WOW64 when using this printer. I have updated/downgraded/sidegraded the drivers as well as updated the firmware with no change. User can pretty much make this crash at will.

Everything at Microsoft says this is a driver issue, that the driver is trying to write to memory areas it shouldn't.
