Dell 3100cn network install - missing 'Drivers & Utilities CD'

Hi - I'm trying to doing an install of a Dell 3100cn as a network resource (not locally attached).

I am missing the drivers and utilities cd so I cannot use "CDFE.exe".

I am able to see the printer on the LAN via the web interface.

I have located and downloaded the drivers from the dell support site, but need more detailed instructions.

I've tried the 'usual' items - adding a printer, putting the IP address as a network printer \\192.168.0.XX, browsing to the printer, etc. I'm not seeing the printer via any interface through 'add printer'.
