Dell 946 All-One-Printer
Recently re-installed Desktop 4500S to 946 All-One- Printer. Copy and fax works. Cannot send to E-Mail with Scanner. Message states downloading Application . Finally states cannot find. Went to help Topics and told to go to dlci-device(Run window).....click service....nothing. Can you help me?......Ty

Hit the Windows key and the R keys at the same time. Type
services.msc
Hit enter. Look for the dlcj_service and make sure it's on automatic and restart the service. Also look at the Print Spooler and make sure it's set for automatic and restart the service.
Go to start, control panel, printers, right click on your printer, left click properties.Ports. Make sure emable biodirectional support is checked.
