Dell Laser MFP 1815 dn

 

We have had this printer running without incident for approx 3-4 years. Now all of a sudden when we try to scan we get a "NO USER ID" error

However when I run "status monitor centre" from the SBS 2003 and click on "refresh" on "printer status", this fixes it. The problem is that I don't want to have to refresh

the printer every morning when I come in and I certainly don't want to come in to complaints that it's not working.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
