Good Morning Rick - Doesn't seem to be related to any specific program. MS Office , Wordpad, Thunderbird mail?

Does this happen when printing from a certain document or program?

Was thinking that maybe the document is trying to print outside the margins, creating the blank sheet.
Does this happen only on one certain system or every computer?
First run Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print jobs from the queue.
Make sure the printer is not usb cable connected.
Start, control panel, programs and features, Dell V515w Printer, uninstall.
Restart your computer.. Make sure the printer was removed. Manual Printer Driver Removal
With the computer online, insert the printer disk and install the printer. Choose addition computer, then follow the instructions.
See if that solves the blank sheet issue.
