Duplex printing on All in One 966
I have reinstalled the printer drivers several times. I keep running into this message whenever I attemp to view the properties tab on the
print page. The message is : "Function address 0xe06d7363) the application property sheet page(s) may not function properly. Any suggestions are welcome.

How is the printer connected, usb cable or the wireless adapter?
Please run Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and post the rest of the information back here.
Also include the virus program and firewall you're using.

The printer is connected by wireless adapter. I am not sure how to run finding system information....

Please provide the make and model of your computer and operating system. 32-bit or 64-bit?
Virus protection is webroot. Firewall unknown.
Printer is using the wireless adapter.

OS is Vista 32
Inspiron 1525

First run Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print jobs from the queue.
Disconnect the printer.
Download and run the patch(printer cleanup utility) until it prompts you to restart your computer.
Restart your computer. Make sure the printer was removed. Manual Printer Driver Removal
Download the proper Vista drivers.
Install the drivers. You'll get a message the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at this time(powered on) If using the wireless adapter, choose network and follow the instructions.
