Error:2200 message on my DELL 962 all-in-one printer

My printer has worked fine for the last couple of years until now.  It prints just fine, but when I try to scan or copy I get a Error:2200 message.  I can't find what's wrong with it in the user manual (no kidding) - and this is where I am supposed to look for guidance.

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks,

Brian

hi! hope this information could help..im not sure if what type of printer you have. this info is for dell 810 printer..that error 2200 that you got is described as scan carrier stall error message.try to unplug the power cord from the wall socket then remove as well the power supply at the back of the printer.then just wait for like 10 secs then after that just reconnect again the power supply and plug back the power cord into the wall socket.try to check if the error is still present..:smileyhappy:

Thanks for the information,

Turned the printer off last night and everything started working again this morning.  Printers and computers are great aren't they?
