H625CDW Black bar/lines top left

Whenever we print, the first page has a black bar from the top left to the middle left area and fades after the second page. Anything after the third page is clear. We've changed all the drums already but couldn't access the maintenance kit because of a lack of screwdriver (unless it comes out a different way.)

I do have this image though that looks like it could be the culprit.

What are my options at this point?
