Printing Problems
I have a Dell V525W wireless printer. I tried printing the other Day and got the following message Communication Failure Status Messenger can not communicate with Dell. I have tried to reboot the printer alone the computer alone and I tried to reboot them together. My daughter's laptop that is on the same wireless network can do all the tasks ie print, scan etc.
My operating system is Windows Vista HomePremium with a 32 bit processor and my browser is IE9.
Any help you can give me will greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

carlalaura,
Try runnig Delete Print Jobs it may cause some problems.
Check your virus program and firewall.
You may also have to reinstall the printer.

When I went into my folder where all the printers were listed the Dell 520 Series had a green check mark beside it marking it as the default printer and I noticed that it was off line. Could this be the problem if so how can I get back on line. the green light on the printer indicating that the wifi is on was on.
