Status Monitor 3110CN

 We have a small peer to peer network with mixed Windows 7 and XP systems.  I've installed the additional printer software on all stations and all but one have a functioning status monitor that allows the station to see the toner levels, fuser, etc.

 On the problematic station, Windows 7, when the status monitor is run it fails to see the IP address of the printer and reports, "Supported printers are not in the system" and the app doesn't allow for manual configuration of the printers IP address but the station can successfully ping and print to the printer and the driver software is correctly configued.

 Any thoughts would be appreciated.
