V725W "offline" and I can't locate problem

I've changed the ethernet cable to one that was plugged into another peripheral (and working) -- I've turned it off and on. I've rebooted computer. I can't figure out what I need to do to make it come "online."

Hi,

Are you able to copy from the printer? Since you are not using the printer wirelessly, please connect a USB cable instead of an ethernet cable and try printing.

Also, go to Printers & Devices in the Control Panel. Your printer will be listed there, right-click on your Printer name, do you get an option to use the printer online?

Please try the steps above and let me know if further help is needed.

Thanks and regards,

I connected with the USB and that fixed it. Thanks. It's online now.
