Arthur,
What printer do you have? How is the printer connected to the computer?
Make and model of your computer and operating system helpful. 32-bit or 64-bit?

Arthur,
Try reinstalling the printer using the instructions located at...
926 Photo All-In-One Printer owners thread (W7)
Then tell me what happens. Did the error message go away?

I inserted the printer disc and re-installed.
So far the error message has gone away.
I have shut down then started again 4 times and no error message.
If it does occur again then I will follow the steps you indicated.
Thanks for your help.
