When will the Dell XPS 13 7390 with i7-1071U be available in Europe?

Does anybody know a rough ETA when the hexa core Dell XPS 13 7390 with Intel Comet Lake i7-1071U will be availabe in Europe? (Switzerland, to be more specific)

I already contacted Dell, but did not get any useful response. I'm currently hoping it will be available before Christmas and don't want to buy the "old" version if that's really the case.
