internal error - including corrupted data

Windows 10, Dell Inspiron - been working fine for years - 2 printers 1 is usb, the other wireless. Solution to problem is to turn off Windows Defender before printing. Reloading printer software did not solve problem. Any one know of a permanent fix ?

Hi,

The application needs to be added to the exclusion list as the application seems to be blocked. Please use the link: http://dell.to/2nDgmPn add the printer applicatiion folder or file in exclusion list.

That link doesn't work? Probably because it's from a year ago. Can you walk me through what I need to do? I am having the same issue. The error reads:

Internal Error - Including Corrupted Data

Position: 0xa9716 (694038)

System: h6fw_5.35/xl_image

Line: 154

Version: SPL 5.35 06-03-2009

The specifics for Position change, but the rest seems to be the same.

Other details:

Windows 10 Pro

Usually happens with a PDF (using Nuance PDF Converter Pro or Adobe Reader)

Multiple networked printers and it seems to only happen with the printer at my desk that is connected via USB (others are big Ricoh copy/printers, the one at my desk is a Dell 1135n)
