can anyone help me my computer has got an error screen when i turn it on and dell have said it is to do with my software and it will costme £69,is there someone who can help me? it is saying 0x0000c1f5

Hi grazilia, You have to click on the Hot Fix link at the top of the page on the left, then fill in the details for microsoft to send you the hot fix.
