Hotmail Folders

Had MSN Hotmail until this past weekend when I updgraded to high speed. :emotion-2:  MSN Favorites disappeared but I have inquired about that on another thread and some solutions are possible. I still get the Hotmail but it is now Windows Live Hotmail or some such name and the format looks when I went directly to Hotmail.com. If I now type in Hotmail.com it redirects to Live Hotmail...which is OK, except for my minor issue.  

My folders are still there and everything works about the same, but now I can't to find any option to start a new folder or modify the existing ones. I want to delete some that I hardly every use and clean the page up a bit. Am I overlooking something? Would appreciate some direction and advice here. Thanks....Dale

EDIT: OK, upon further review and a closer examination I found out how I can add or modify folders. :emotion-10:
