Problem with Dell Back up and recovery

Well hello, this is my first time here so i apologize for anything wrong first, my problem with the dell back up and recovery is that i've had a problem with my ultrabook recently, an inspiron 14z 5690, i made a backup of all my archives( a total of 86GB of data), and now when i look at it trying to recover all i saved, the files are in a format .INP and i the dell recovery system cant even find the archives to recover, now i have 86GB of data that im not willing to just lose. if anyone know an answer for that i will be very grateful.
