Recently purchased system mechanic
I ordered a downloadable software called System Mechanic for 1 Year subscription. I never got link to it. Tech support won't help cause warranty on pc needs renewed. Can I get link to software?

How did you order this--from Dell? Did you get an email receipt with an order number? Go to System Mechanic site for help or to get a refund--

Yes, I ordered from www.dell.com. Yes, on recipe of order number. I contacted system mechanic tech support.
