Roxio Fails to start
I have a new Inspiron Desktop 560MT. Windows 7 64bit.
Purchased Dec 2009, but not run for the past fortnight. Today I tuned it on and went to Roxio - Roxio Burn. It started, and asked me to insert a disc to copy. Whilst I was looking for one, some software / patch update advice popped up. I think it was Critical update 2010 or similar. Can't remember exactly.
Anyway I accepted it, and it appeared to download and install.
Now when I go to Roxio burn, nothing happens. No error, no prog, ziltch / zero!! No matter how many times I try and open it!
I did do a system restore. The update was not shown in system restore, but I'm pretty certain that I went back to before the update.
No change.
Had a look on the supplied CD's and there appears no Roxio there to re-install the original. Also nothing on the Dell download page either.
Broken for good, or can someone please assist?
Thanks

We are in the same shoe, exactly as you are. I couldnt find the CD. but you know what? I remember that I clean reinstalled my system once and Roxio is still installed. I really dont know, if I installed it using the CD or it comes with other CD(application).

Same here... at least I'm not the only one.
