Service Tag is not supported

I just purchased this Dell Inspiron with Cyberlink Media Suite 10 preinstalled but I had to reinstall win 10 and now the Cyberlink software is gone.

When I just went to the Dell 3rd party download page it scanned my computer and said my service tag is not supported.

How can this be ?

Please advise

That did NOT work again.

I used Explorer browser as specified .. downloaded the ''detect computer'' app and let it run ......

....I let it run " Please wait while we examine your system..."""".for 2 hours !!!!!

That page does not work.

(even correcting the odd default ''Singapore'' location to mine ..Canada)

Awaiting another way to get my software back.
