KVM 71PXP

Our KVM switch has stopped working so I thought I could try and update the Firmware but when

I try to load the new firmware onto the KVM. It does the following

1. Loading Application Firmware
2. Rebooting
3. Loading OSD items
4. Rebooting
5. Loading PS2 Driver A
6. Timeout has occurred Operation cancelled

I would really appreciate any help. I've tried all the usual stuff e.g. replace cable etc.
