PE M1000e cannot obtain status information from power supply
I`m having a problem with a PE M1000E, it`s started with the power supply 5 and 6 having a warning that you can not get information from the power supply 5 and 6.
We reseat the both of the power supply but the problem persists, we also update the cmc firmware and still giving us the warning.
the funny thing is that in a moment all of the ps were giving the same warning. After that we did a shutdown and disconnected all the power cords of the chassis and after 15 minutes we connected it and powered on.
after a couple of minutes the warning started at the ps 5.
Can someone give me a clue of what could be the issue?

Hello
Since the issue is only happening with one or two power supplies I would suspect the problem is with a slot on the midplane or something beyond. I suggest trying to fault isolate to find out if it is a slot, PSU, cable, or something that the PSU is connected.
