Is it possible with the x16 Riser card to fit a nvidia quatro video card to the Dell Poweredge R710?

There are no guarantees about compatibility with any cards not offered by Dell, but the way I see it is that a PCIe 16x slot's only purpose in life right now is to allow a videocard to fit in the system (even dual port 10Gbit NICs and dual port 8Gbit FC HBAs don't use/need PCIe 16x currently).
However, keep in mind that odds are that there are no powercables inside the server to feed a videocard, so make sure you get a videocard that doesn't require external (other than from the PCIe slot itself) power.
