Rp4VMS retaining snapshots in AWS
Hi RP4VM's cloud copy policy is set to retain snapshots for 2 days.
But I have 2 days of snapshots that have not been deleted - from the 16th and 18th July.
It appears that intermittently whatever housekeeping is supposed to delete these snaps in EC2 is not taking place.
Also in Cloud DR I see the following error:
"Retention policy maintenance failed for VM."
anybody with experience of recoverpoint + AWS + CloudDR point me in the right direction?

I would call into support and open a case so that we can look & see why the policy was not followed.

We have fixed a similar issue in the recent versions of Cloud DR. As stated, I would recommend raising an SR for us to take a closer look here.
