Hi,
Please let me know, if anyone upgraded the RPAs.

I've done it. Use deployment manager and you won't have any issues. It upgrades one RPA per site and thus fails over the CGs to the remaining RPA(s). It repeats that process for the other RPA as well.

I would recommend you upgrade to 3.5 SP1 P1 which is the latest 3.5.* version.
