How to add EMC icon to shortcutted items in Outlook?
After creating Organizational Forms Library in Exchange 2010, what are the next steps to publish the icon for all users in the company when an item has been shortcutted?
Most documents out there are not clear on the next steps. Does something need to be performed in Exchange console or can the icon be published from an Outlook profile with admin p

Have you looked at “Shortcut and UDS Icon support for Outlook” section in the SourceOne Email Management Installation Guide? That has section on how to perform this.

Where is the SourceOne Email Management Installation Guide? I have been unable to find anything similar to that...
