Analytic Monitoring for loading vehicle entry-exits through wireless counter transmitters

How can I represent the counter monitoring system of entry and exits of tools manufacturing industry where material is loaded and move from one department to another department for around 1 mile?

I am using wireless counter transmitter instead of wired one, which will keep the track record of loading vehicle entry and exit to stores as well as manufacturing area.

But I need to send the data to IoT platform for data analytics which will further connected to various applications used for company information.

I have best expertise in hardware but any suggestion to make the these wireless sensor with new IoT platform for online monitoring solution will be a great help.
