Hello-
My grandmothers computer (a dell studio hybrid D140G) will not start up- if i hit Ctrl/alt/Del it will allow me to go to the boot up screen temp. where I can select F12 to run some diagnostics on the issue. When I ran that, about 75% completed it gave me the error code 0F00:133C. The computer is pretty old and I am not sure if there is anything I can do to get it back up. She has a lot of important documents on this computer :( Any help is appreciated!

Hi Marshall1988,
That error does not indicate a problem but indicates that the diagnostics cannot test the DVD drive since there is no disc in the drive. Other than that, do the diagnostics indicate any problems?
