Audio / DVD disks studder?
Any Audio or DVD I put in my dell E1505 now studders... it'll play them, but audio has "scratches" in it, and the video for DVD's etches along... What the heck?

Start | Control Panel | System in classic view | Hardware tab | Device Manager
Click on the (+) next to IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers. Right-click the channel for the
drive and select Properties. Click the Advanced Settings tab.
