Bios Setting for SATA Raid

I had a replacement drive installed Sata "0" and have sata "1" installed to setup a raid SATA "0" in recognized but not SATA "1". What is the correct bios setting for drive operation SATA.
SATA AHCI,  RAID, Combination.   The tech who reinstalled the drive has it set for Combination?
This SATA stuff is confusing. The Dell Tech support are clueless.

You need to go back into the RAID BIOS (CTRL-I at boot) and set up the array.

If you're installing XP, you'll also need an internal floppy drive and the diskette with the SATA OS install driver on it.

Check to make sure RAID is enabled in CMOS setup. If it is, and the two drives are properly connected to data and power, CTRL-I should get you into the RAID setup.

Hello

In the bios RAID ON

Restart your PC and ctrl I for the raid and after install Windows XP with the F6 method for the driver raid on the disquette .
