Blue Screen 1033, PLEASE Help.

About once or twice a day, when im using java on my computer, my computer blue screens and this is the error message, how can i fix it?

Your model and OS, please.

You need to run the Dell diagnostics from your drivers and utilities disc. Do that first.

i actually ran it this morning and i just got the same bluescreen error about half an hour ago.
what should i do?

Ok, let me explain. The Dell diagnostics are accessed from the F12 partition. So you cannot get a blue screen error while running the diagnostics, since they do not run within the Windows environment. The purpose of the Dell diagnostics is to test the hardware, not fix your blue screen problem. They diagnose problems, but they do not fix them. So let me again suggest you run the Dell diagnostics to see if there is a hardware proble that is causing your error.

Update your BIOS to the latest version - Make sure your AC Adapter is connected and your battery is in full charge before you start updating the BIOS

Download the below mentioned file to the desktop and Rt click and run as Administrator.

If you still have the same problem - then its a possible Motherboard issue.
