Boot from CD, old BIOS

Question

HI. I HAVE an old Optiplex-GXMT 5166 and need boot it from a bootable-CDROM, but the BIOS do not give CD option in the boot sequence. Original BIOS was A15 and I make successful upgrade to A20 with the GX_A20.exe BIOS utility, but no CD option still... There are a trick or adjust to take CD option in the boot sequence ?? The GXMT doesn't do boot from CD (see boot options here). I think the first Dell Optiplex that supported booting from CD was the Gn.
