C:\Windows\system32\Autoexec.nt

Question

I AM TRYING TO INSTALL SOME SOFTWARE AND WINDOW POPS UP THAT SAYS 16 BIT WINDOWS SUB SYSTEM C:\Windows\system32\Autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. IT THEN ASKS ME TO CLICK CLOSE TO TERMINATE THE APPLICATION. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO TO FIX THIS.
