CD/DVD Drive Not Functioning 100%
While it is able to read DVD's, the disk drive won't read any sort of music and/or image CD's, nor will it read blank ones for burning. Could someone please help? I have a HL-DT-S RW/DVD GCC-4241N, if that helps.

Run the GCC-4241N A01 Firmware.
This firmware resolves a Sonic software and Verbatim HS CDRW media compatibility issue that has been causing write errors. See if it fixes your issue.
