Thanks Pred.

I tried to install it but it seems to be a floppy disk image file (it's telling me I have no floppy drives).  Thinking floppys were now obsolete I neglected to get one for my new system.  I'm going to try write the image on to a CD to see if that works but is there any other alternatives or workarounds?

Hi Chris,

Use the Product Support Tab above, click on Downloads, enter information for your system and look under Removeable Media Storage Devices, a firmware update will be there.

Best Regards

Hi Chris,

Dell has a Windows Base flash for this drive, when you found the listed firmware, A06, you should see a link that says "Previous Versions", you need A05, which is the same update as A06, just a different format.

Best Regards
