Can not burn DVD or open .bin files
I tried to install Norton Internet Security 2009. During the installation I got the "blue screen". I stopped installing the Norton. I re-booted the computer and now I can not use the DVD drive and burn any DVD. I tried to downloading the lastest deiver for the DVD, but I can not open .bin files anymore.
The devise manager and my computer both show the DVD drive.
I have Dimension E510 PC.
Please help. Everything was working fine until I tried to install Nortin.

Hi, Homework:
It certainly sounds like a software problem. When you go into device manager, do you see any errors, exclamation point, or anything else that doesn't look normal?
