the device should have a split cable so that the barcode scanner connects to the pc and the keyboard connects to the barcode scanner. That is normally how it would work if the device connects to the PS2 connection.

So you mean that i need to purchase USB to PS2 connector (As what I understand...my keyboard (USB) --> connect to USBtoPS2(connector/adapter) --> BarcodeScanner (PS2) --> connect to PS2 connector of the computer. Am I right?
