Cinemaster C3.0 "Device Cannot Start (Code 10)"
I have struggled with this for some time - but the Cinemaster 3.0 device shows errors (yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager. Here's the situation:
I've upgraded to Windows XP, and searched this and other forums for an updated driver for the Cinemaster C 3.0 WDM Main Driver. I've tried several driver downloads - none of which work.
The initial driver was Ravisent 5.0.00.0081. I found another driver version 5.1.2600.0. Again no luck.
I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, using both Windows to automatically install, as well as manually selecting drivers. Nothing seems to work.
Any ideas or links to the proper drivers would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Warren,
You are not the first person my friend to try and get the Cinemaster software to work after upgrading to Windows XP. Unfortunately it is not compatible, much the same as Roxio`s Version 4 was, you will have to break down and purchase a DVD decoder software. A Google Search should find you free software that will add the third party support Windows Media Player needs, but most tend to simply purchase the Retail software.
Best Regards
God, grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked anyway,
the good fortune to run into the ones I do and the eyesight to tell the
difference.

Thank you Predator. I've already exhausted too much time on this - and you have confirmed my suspicion.
Thanks!
