Create Boot CD on Latitude D620

The detailed instructions are probably on the site somewhere.   But, I can't find them.  So, some help please.

I am trying to use Spinrite on my Latitude 620.  To do that I need to create either a Boot CD or a Boot USB JumpDrive.  I do not have a floppy drive installed.

I do try to follow their instructions to create the CD and then use the Setup screen to put the CD drive as the Boot Drive.  But, I end up with a black screen and no boot.

Once I have the Boot CD then I can burn the ISO image of Sprinrite.  In fact the CD I'm using has the ISO image on it.  Or, at least the directory says it is there.

So, Step  by Step, how do I get a bootable CD??
