DDPE for USB devices only
Is it possible to only encrypt the USB drives (external devices) and not the fixed. I am trying to install it but it doesn't seem to work without installing the whole entire package. Does anyone have a script to just install the ddpe for external devices only? Thanks in advanced.

Hi Harry8888,
Dell provides several versions of their data protection utility, including one that works with flash drives and external HDDs. I don't know if the Personal Edition can do that.

Are you using a personal edition or enterprise? I wrote a script for my company to allow external media encryption only, but the script will need to be edited for your proxy and core servers.
