DVD +RW Drive missing after Reinstalling Windows 7 on Latitude E6510

I recently reinstalled Win 7 Professional on my Latitude E6510. I reinstalled successfully booting from the DVD drive to utilize the DVD software, so I know the drive works, however, I cannot play any CDs or DVDs now that the OS is reinstalled.

In my Computer it only shows the C drive, no CD/DVD drive. In Device Manager, DVD/CD-ROM drives does not appear for me to expand. When I put a CD into the drive I hear it spin and the HDD is running, but its not detected in Windows.

I tried the methods 1,2 and 5 located here  without luck . I am not techy enough to make changes with the registry so I did not try 3 and 4. I've  also added a picture of the device manager.

If anyone can help its much appreciated!
