DVD drive will not open
My DVD RW drive will not open. I have a Dell dimension 3000. The regular DVD drive opens fine like it should.

Hi SSwalker,
The tray may be slightly jammed, a driver issue, or a Packet Writing program may have it locked.
Click on the CD/RW link in my post and scroll to Section 13-0, article 22 for the steps to cover what I mentioned above.
