Defrag Windows 98
The last time I ran defrag on my Dimension XPS R450, it got to 96% complete and then displayed the message "Drive's contents changed: restarting..." and then degrag started over. This cycle keeps repeating, same message each time. I'm running Windows 98, have 384 MB RAM, and 2.3 GB free on my 11 GB Hard Drive. Anyone have an idea on what's up? Thanks!

2TALL.
This is a software problem, not a hard disk problem. You should get a better response if you post in the following "Software Windows - 98/95/3.11/DOS conference

Boot into safemode and then run defrag.
