Disk Partitioning Disturbed

Hello I have Dell Inspiron 3520 when I bought it I used ease us partitioning tool. This has damaged my back up and recovery environment. My drives looks like this now. Can you please guide me and tell me what are the original partitioning setting or Disk 0. Thanks urgent help needed.
