E6400 Sysprep Issue

Has anyone figured out how to get sysprep working on the e6400 with the SATA operation set to IRRT.  This is the factory default setting and I would prefer to get this working without changing any settings in the BIOS.

I'm running into the same issue, I can get the E6400 working just fine via sysprep if I go back to ATA mode but can't get it working with IRRT.

I'm figuring it's related that my I/O performance is extremely bad.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

I got this fixed.  Had to update to the latest sysprep for sp3.  Then ran sysprep from the command line with the -clean option then ran sysprep from the command line with the -bmsd.  This fixed my issue.

Woot! Thanks Fergo99, that totally solved it for me.  Unfortunately it didn't solve the overall feeling like the IO is slower on the E6400 as compared to the D630 but perhaps it is just in my head.
