Error code 200-0141, no drive detected, indicates the hard drive has failed and you need to replace it.
If you have a Dell warranty, contact Dell's Technical Support for a replacement.

Hi,
Thank you writing to the Dell Community.
2000-0141 error code indicates that the hard drive is not detected by the computer. Please check the hard drive status in the BIOS and also try re-seating the hard drive if possible and check if the system boots in to Windows.
