Getting Weird Error Message - qttask.exe on boot up - says a hard drive is not installed

Really don't understand why I'm getting this message.  I've had my system for awhile.

I called tech help and they wanted to switch me to the software support (fee based) service, which I also don't understand.Nessage gives a number and then says qttask.exe and "There is no disk in the drive.  Please insert disk into drive \Device\Harddisk\DR3.

Anyone know?  Help!   If I hit cancel twice it lets me into my system, but I still don't get it.
