Hard Drive failure
I ran a scan on my laptop through "MY Dell" and got the following failures:
Targeted Read test - Failed WHD20-41Q
and
Smart 'short Self Test - Failed WHD16-GZJ
What do they mean? What shoudl I do ?

Hi Redman722,
My suggestion is to confirm the result by booting to your Dell drivers and utilities disc and running the Dell diagnostics from there. If the diagnostics produce a similar read error, then you'll need a new hard drive.
