Most likely, the drive is too far gone. Power on, F12, Dell diagnostics, extended test, hard drive.

If the drive fails, try replacing it, attaching it as a secondary, and seeing what you can recover.

If you can't recover your data and need it, you'll then need to decide the relative worth of data recovery ($2,500 or more).

Mount the drive in a working system, copy what you need, return the drive to the original system, repartition, reformat and reinstall.
